Composition of the synthetic building: (multi-storey) car park

Four (multi-storey) car parks from the BKI databank (BKI-Datenbank 2015) were evaluated in order to derive characteristic areas, volumes and material indicators. Specifically, these buildings were: two multi-storey car parks, a park deck as well as a so-called park garage. Three objects (the two multi-storey car parks and the park deck) could be examined in detailed, i.e. using data on the areas of building components as well as descriptions of the construction process (data up to the 2nd costing level).     

The dates of completion of the analysed (multi-storey) car parks lie in the period 1979 to 2004.
