  • Ceilings: reinforced concrete, timber ceiling (attic)
  • Roof: insulated gabled roof (timber rafters) with rigid covering

Two-storey terraced house, to 2000, masonry construction, non-converted attic

  • Exterior walls: aerated concrete
  • Ceilings: FB-beam ceiling, timber ceiling (attic)
  • Roof: gabled roof (timber rafters) with rigid covering

 

Two-storey terraced house, to 2000, masonry construction, non-converted attic

  • Exterior walls: lightweight vertical coring brick insulated
  • Ceilings: reinforced concrete
  • Roof: gabled roof (timber rafters) with rigid covering

  • Ceilings: reinforced concrete
