The synthetic single-family house up to 1948 is derived from the following seven representative buildings: 

 

One-storey two-family house, masonry constructed, converted attic

  • Exterior walls: aerated concrete
  • Ceilings: FB-beam ceiling, timbered ceiling (attic)
  • Roof: gabled roof (timber rafters) with rigid covering

 

One-storey semi-detached house, masonry construction, converted attic

  • Exterior walls: vertical coring brick
  • Ceilings: FB-beam ceiling, timber ceiling (attic)
  • Roof: gabled roof (timber rafters) with rigid covering

 

Two-storey byre- cum-dwelling house, 1870, half-timbered and masonry construction, non-converted attic

  • Exterior walls: quarrystone walls (ground floor), timber frame (first floor)
  • Ceilings: timber ceilings
  • Roof: gabled roof (timber rafters) with rigid covering

 



One-storey one-family house, masonry construction, converted attic

  • Exterior walls: aerated concrete
  • Ceilings: FB-beam ceiling, timbered ceiling (attic)
  • Roof: gabled roof (timber rafters) with rigid covering

  • Exterior walls: lime sandstone
  • Ceilings: reinforced concrete (basement, ground floor), timbered ceiling (attic)
