  • Exterior walls: plastered brickwork
  • Ceilings: reinforced-concrete prefabricated ceilings
  • Roof: gabled roof (reinforced-concrete girders) with rigid covering

 

Four-storey multi-family house, 1961-1970, block-style and strip-style design, unusable attic

  • Exterior walls: block-design walls of lightweight concrete
  • Ceilings: reinforced concrete (F-ribbed ceilings)
  • Roof: flat roof (gabled roof) with non-rigid covering

 

Three-storey multi-family house, 1975, masonry construction with curtain wall, converted attic

  • Exterior walls: sand-lime brick clad with Eternit panels
  • Ceilings: reinforced concrete
  • Roof: pitched roof (timber rafters) with rigid covering (Eternit)

 


Five-storey multi-family house, 1961-1970, prefabricated elements and in-situ concrete, unusable attic

  • Ceilings: reinforced concrete
  • Roof: flat roof with non-rigid covering
