The synthetic multi-family house since 1991 is derived from the following seven representative buildings: 

 

Three-storey multi-family house, post-1990, masonry construction, converted attic

  • Exterior walls: sand-lime brick with EWIS
  • Ceilings: reinforced concrete
  • Roof: hipped roof with rigid covering

 

Four-storey multi-family house, 1994, masonry construction, converted attic

  • Exterior walls: vertical coring brick with EWIS
  • Ceilings: reinforced concrete
  • Roof: tent roof with rigid covering

 

Three-storey multi-family house, 1994, masonry construction, converted attic

  • Exterior walls: sand-lime brick with EWIS and wooden frame construction (annex)
  • Ceilings: reinforced concrete
  • Roof: gable roof with rigid covering

Four-storey multi-family house, 1985-2000, masonry construction, converted attic

  • Exterior walls: sand-lime brick with wood cladding
  • Ceilings: reinforced concrete, wooden beams (attic)
  • Roof: gable roof with rigid covering
