Single-family house Germany

The single-family house for Germany is a building type covering single- and two-family houses up to 1948, 1949-1978, 1979-1990 and from 1991. The definition is based on statistics on the housing stock (Destatis Fachserie 5, Heft 1 in combination with the supplementary survey of the micro-census, each for 2014). The shares of the individual building age classes in the total stock are decisive. The average building was generated for calculations with reference to building materials within the framework of the IOER-Monitor (https://www.ioer-monitor.de/en/).
