Composition of the synthetic building: supermarket

Information on eight supermarkets from the BKI database (BKI database 2015) was evaluated in order to derive characteristic areas, volumes and material parameters. These objects were individual large retail outlets as well as supermarkets combined with other stores. Four objects could be examined in detail, i.e. by means of the areas of structural components and construction descriptions (details up to the 2nd costing level).

The dates of completion of the analysed supermarkets (8/8) lie in the period 1977 to 2009.
